A look at this week's picks and who's hot and who isn't
This week's field includes:
- The field includes 48 of the 50 top ranked players in the latest Official World Golf Rankings. Only players not in the field are Tiger Woods because of his problems and Ryo Ishikawa, who opted to stay home in Japan this week on his graduation from High School.
- The field includes only 18 of the Top 25 from this year's PGA Tour money list. The players that are not on the list this year are Rickie Fowler, Rory Sabbatini, Charles Howell III, Brandt Snedeker, Cameron Beckman, Marc Leishman and Alex Prugh .
- The field includes all past WGC-CA champions with the exception of Tiger Woods who has won this six times: Phil Mickelson (2009), Geoff Ogilvy (2008), Mike Weir (2000) and Ernie Els (2004).
A perfect way for fantasy golfers to check on the past performance of all the players in the WGC field are these performance charts. Since this is played on a course that held a past event we have four different performance charts one with the players listed by alphabetically with there history in the WGC-CA Cahmpionship and one with the players listed by average finish in the WGC-CA Championship.
