Who to Watch for at the Verizon Heritage:
Best Bets:
| Stewart Cink | |||||||||||
| 2007 | '06 | '05 | '04 | '03 | '02 | '01 | '00 | '99 | '98 | '97 | '96 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| T50 | T27 | T47 | Win | T10 | Cut | T10 | Win | - | - | - | - |
He has been knocking on the door of victory all year. This is a good place for him to get it.
| Aaron Baddeley | |||||||||||

| T10 | Win | - | - | - | - | Cut | - | - | - | - | - |
This course, or should I say the greens, are just perfect for him to win. The least he gets is another Top-10 finish.
| Justin Rose | |||||||||||
| 2007 | '06 | '05 | '04 | '03 | '02 | '01 | '00 | '99 | '98 | '97 | '96 |

Look for him to bounce back after a poor finish at the Masters.
Best of the rest:
| Justin Leonard | |||||||||||
| 2007 | '06 | '05 | '04 | '03 | '02 | '01 | '00 | '99 | '98 | '97 | '96 |

Has only played well once in this event, when he won it in 2002. Still, his game is sharp and he is putting well. Look for a good finish.

The problem with his game is a balky putter. This would be a good place to get it all together again.

| 2 | T7 | - | T3 | T10 | T19 | - | T3 | - | T10 | T68 | - |
Despite missing the cut at the Masters and despite changing teachers he comes to a course he really likes. That should help him this week.
| Vaughn Taylor | |||||||||||

Winners from 2008 like Immelman, Johnson Wagner and Steve Lowery didn't show us much until they won. The same goes for Taylor, but he can play well on this course. Don't be surprised to see him have a good week.
| Stephen Ames | |||||||||||
